Make sure that our data is clean, and the processes are aligned
2--6 years of experience in consulting, BI, analytics, operations, or business development
~ Fluent in English; Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or other languages are a plus
~ Educational background in STEM or business-related fields
~ Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable decisions
~ A track record of delivering projects end-to-end --- from problem definition to implementation
~ Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
~ Confident working with data --- analyzing large datasets to spot trends, issues, and opportunities
~ Basic working knowledge of SQL or similar tools to extract and manipulate data
