For our Test Measurement team, we are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Engineer based in Madrid, with the task of supporting the Spanish Sales Team in sales operations tasks to optimize customer management. The candidate will act as a bridge between Account Managers/ Sales Engineers and the technical Service center.
Support the overall service sales process a) Prepare and submit to Customers on-demand service sales quotations. GRPL / GTL Alignment) c) Support to the Automatic Lead Generation Initiative (Obsolescence management, Automatic contract renewals, Warranty extensions,… ) d) Keep track of Customer equipment calibrations and repair jobs to keep the Sales team informed. Lead Management qualify Leads and assign them to Sales. May act as first Sales Lead contact.
Conduct Customer satisfaction surveys
Clean and maintain Customer database in the Company CRM
Sales Reporting Analyze sales metrics and handle pipeline / POS reporting, to measure sales performance.
Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering or equivalent




Proven sales operations experience
Technical knowledge of RF signal testing
Tools Previous experience using CRM systems and ticket management tools
Languages Fluent in English language. Spanish as native language
