As our Director of Clinical Solutions, you’ll be a critical member of our commercial team, responsible for driving growth, building relationships with biopharma partners, and positioning Biorce as a category leader in AI for clinical development. This is a high‑impact role that combines strategy, sales, and client relationship management, with significant opportunity for career growth as our EU footprint expands.

has the network to open doors, and the drive to close them. Own and drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across the EU.
Responsibility for hitting quarterly targets and consistently delivering against ambitious commercial goals.
Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies tailored to the EU market, in collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer and Integral Head of Commercial Operations.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Help define and refine commercial processes and infrastructure as we scale operations in the EU.
5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.
