Are you ready to shape your future with confidence? EY General Delivery Services (GDS) is looking for amotivated Senior SOC Team Coordinator to join our Cyber Defense Center in Malaga, Spain. This seniorposition is intended for a candidate who can take ownership of operational coordination, provide guidance
within the SOC team, and support the effective delivery of cybersecurity services in a 24x7 operationalenvironment for German-speaking and international clients.
As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge and experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.
Your key responsibilities
You will support the operational coordination of an international SOC environment, ensure disciplinedcommunication across shifts and stakeholders,



and help maintain consistent service quality acrosssecurity operations activities.
- Coordinate daily activities within a 24x7 Security Operations Center.
- Monitor security incident handling, ticket queues, and escalation activities.
- Support the coordination of major incidents and critical security events.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and clear operational communication.
- Support SOC analysts in day-to-day operational questions and prioritization.
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of SOC processes, playbooks, andstandard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with customers, service managers, technical teams, and international cybersecuritystakeholders.
- Support reporting, quality assurance, audit-related activities, and service review preparation.
