About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Partner Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development of a yet-to-be-announced cross-platform Strategy/MMO game that features a prominent intellectual property. As the primary liaison between our creative teams and external brand partners, you will ensure that projects are aligned and delivered smoothly. This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring three days of in-office work each week.

What you'll do
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of relationships with intellectual property licensors, starting from their onboarding and continuing through to ongoing project delivery.
- Act as the main contact for external partners, fostering trust and ensuring open lines of communication.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies between partner expectations and the creative vision, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.




- Manage the complete submission pipeline for artistic, narrative, and game design assets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Guarantee that all project deliverables adhere to internal quality benchmarks prior to entering the production phase.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including Art, Narrative, and Leadership, to eliminate potential bottlenecks in the workflow.
- Maintain comprehensive tracking of submissions, approval processes, and risk management through effective project management tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project status, potential risks, and partner feedback.
