Country Sales Director - Iberia
Our client is a multinational industrial group operating in the energy and infrastructure sector, with a strong international footprint and a portfolio of advanced technical solutions for industrial and utility applications. The company is currently strengthening its presence in Southern Europe, with a clear ambition to grow and consolidate its commercial operations in Iberia (Spain & Portugal).
Responsibilities
Define and execute the commercial strategy for Iberia, ensuring sustainable growth and market penetration.
Build and strengthen the company's market presence across key industrial and infrastructure segments.
Lead and develop the local sales organization, setting clear targets and driving performance.
Act as a senior commercial lead, personally supporting: strategic accounts, complex or high-value negotiations, critical commercial opportunities




Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Build long-term relationships with key clients, increasing customer retention and share of business.
Oversee and support tender processes, including commercial positioning and risk assessment.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, operations, marketing) to ensure successful delivery.
Drive discipline in pipeline management, forecasting and CRM usage.
Ensure pricing consistency and margin protection.
