The adecuado candidate is analytical, technically curious, and comfortable translating business needs into automated workflows and intelligent solutions.



You will own solutions in production end‑to‑end, from design and implementation to monitoring, iteration, and adoption.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand end‑to‑end processes
Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using automation platforms, scripts, and AI‑enabled tools
generative AI, machine learning models, intelligent document processing, chatbots) to enhance decision‑making and process performance
Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements
Support change management by providing training, documentation, and user support for automated solutions
Track and report on automation impact, including efficiency gains, cost savings, and quality improvements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
~2+ years of experience in business
