The company is expanding across Europe and is looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to help manage risks as the business grows.
What This Job Is About As an Enterprise Risk Manager , your main responsibility is to help Monzo identify, assess, monitor, and manage risks across the business.

Help identify new and existing risks across the business.
Support the company's risk management framework and policies.
Help prepare risk reports for senior management and board members.
Support governance committees and ensure proper documentation and follow‑up.
Help define how much risk the company is willing to take.
Ensure risk limits align with business goals.
Coordinate impact assessments across business teams.
Risk Culture & Training
Promote awareness of risk management across the company.
Deliver training and educational programs.




Regulatory Compliance
Ensure the company follows European banking regulations.
Support compliance with requirements from regulators such as:
Central Bank of Ireland (CBI)
European Banking Authority (EBA)
European Central Bank (ECB)
Basel Banking Frameworks
Experience in risk management within banking, fintech, or financial services.
Banking regulations in Europe.
Digital banking products and operations.
Ability to work with senior executives and stakeholders.
