Currently, we are supporting an international industrial group in the search for a Plant Manager to lead one of its manufacturing facilities located in Soria, Spain . This position reports directly to the Business Unit Manager and plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence, production performance and the continuous development of the plant organization. Position Summary The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production operations, high product quality, cost control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role leads plant personnel, optimizes operational performance, and drives continuous improvement to achieve business objectives.



Key Responsibilities Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics. Ensure production targets are met in terms of volume, quality, cost, and delivery schedules. Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff and department managers. Monitor and control operating budgets, production costs, and resource allocation. Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.). Coordinate closely with supply chain, engineering, quality, and commercial teams. Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is considered an advantage.
