TikTok Shop - Spain Shopping Center Operations Manager, Madrid (Chinese Speaker)
Channel Operations: Own Shopping Center channel assortment management and subsidy strategy optimization; leverage local Spanish consumer trends and key category seasonal demand to identify product opportunities, develop campaign plans, and drive execution
Product Incubation: Improve product cold-start efficiency in the Spanish market, developing incubation strategies from the first order (0-to-1) through scaling (1-to-10), to improve product sell-through efficiency
User Operations: Optimize the user journey to improve Shopping Center visit penetration and engagement rate; develop new customer acquisition and existing customer retention strategies to optimize full user lifecycle value
Partner with Product, Algorithm, Recommendation, GNE and central operations teams to identify traffic, assortment and user experience issues, and translate insights into actionable product or operational improvements

This role is based in our Madrid office.
Language: Fluent in Chinese to be able to work with Chinese internal teams based in Mainland China. Fluency in English to be able to work with local stakeholders. Skilled in collaborating with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking accounts and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication with integral product teams and resource management.
~5 years of e-commerce, marketplace, or platform operations experience; experience in shopping center / marketplace / platform channel operations is preferred
~ Deep understanding of Spanish e-commerce consumers, including category preferences, seasonal demand, price sensitivity, the local e-commerce competitive landscape, and fulfillment/returns expectations
~ Excellent English proficiency
