Nadara is looking for a Head of Construction Iberia.
In this role, you will play a key role in delivering renewable energy projects across Iberia, turning complex development plans into operational assets that support the energy transition. Working across wind, solar and BESS technologies, you will oversee construction activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers.

Job Description: Key Responsibilities
You will manage for the whole Iberian portfolio all construction activities including:




- Establish and maintain the construction execution strategy for wind , solar and BESS projects, defining sequencing, resource plans, contracting and packaging approach, and alignment with permitting, environmental, and regulatory requirements;
- Support the definition of construction requirements during the contracting phase supporting Execution PM and Procurment including site and transport logistics;
- Support Engineering in the design phase to optimize the construction costsì;
- Ensureconstruction readiness prior to site mobilization by validating schedules, budgets, logistics plans, and construction methodologies, and confirming that all required design, procurement, and permitting deliverables are complete, approved, and integrated;
- Provide governance oversight of daily site execution in coordination with the Project Manager, ensuring internal teams and contractors deliver construction activities safely, in accordance with approved plans, a
