Employee Relations role sits within our People and Places organization and will contribute to our employee experience by providing regional expertise, supporting employee relations, performance management, and coaching and influencing leaders. You will own collective labor relations topics, drawing on your expertise in Works Councils (Betriebsrat), Comités de Empresa, underperformance policy, process, and outcomes, organizational transformation, structural and change consulting, investigation case ownership, mergers and acquisitions support, and local compliance frameworks and implementation. This role will actively support business leaders and employees, understanding risks, building positive employee relations and supporting organizational effectiveness through effective labor relations strategies, whilst ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.
