What you'll do
Execute end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments for employees.
Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
Assist with tax filings and reporting requirements relevant to the region.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll data and reconciliations.
Requirements
Proven experience managing payroll operations in a professional setting.
Deep understanding of local payroll laws, tax regulations,



and statutory requirements in Mexico.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Proficiency in payroll software and spreadsheet applications for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills & tools
~ Payroll processing systems - Microsoft Excel - Local tax and labor compliance knowledge
