Responsibilities
Legal & Strategic Advice : Act as the main legal advisor for Spain and Portugal, supporting senior leaders with legal guidance. Manage legal risks related to contracts, marketing, regulatory issues, litigation, privacy, and employment matters. Ensure activities follow EU and national laws for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics. Advise on industry codes such as Farmaindustria and EFPIA.
