What does the Head of Sales do? Drive commercial execution,



supporting both new business development and ongoing opportunities
Act as a key interface between sales teams and internal functions (engineering, back office, top management)
Monitor and manage sales KPIs: revenue, pipeline, conversion rate, forecast accuracy
Operate in a fast-changing, high-pressure, performance-oriented environment
