We’re looking for a Head of Technology to build and lead the technology strategy and engineering organization, with a strong focus on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions in a Business-to-Government environment.



You’ll work closely with engineering, product, business, and leadership to design, implement, and continuously improve technology capabilities that ensure operational resilience, innovation, and measurable business outcomes as the organization scales.
Define and drive the technology strategy, including the multi-year roadmap (build/buy/partner), aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements, and steered by a clear KPI framework.
Own the technology budget and drive efficiency across build and run through FinOps, TCO management, and unit economics.
Set and govern the target architecture (cloud-native, event-driven, microservices, zero-trust), ensuring scalability, interoperability, and resilience.
