We are recruiting a Head of Electro-Mechanical Engineering and Team Lead for a multinational company in the industrial and technology sector , with a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence. This role will play a key part in leading the electro‑mechanical engineering department, working transversally with international teams and aligning the technical strategy with the company’s global business objectives.
Lead and develop the engineering department team, managing competencies, performance, engagement, and professional growth within an international environment.
Act as a technical reference and key interface between engineering, marketing, manufacturing and stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Size and allocate resources to support teams and cross‑functional projects, ensuring capacity, efficiency, and operational balance.
Manage career development plans, fostering continuous learning, and integral knowledge sharing.

Proven experience leading electro‑mechanical engineering departments or multidisciplinary technical teams in international industrial environments.
Strong background in competency management, people development, and technical leadership.
Experience working in agile and matrix organizations, collaborating with distributed teams and cross‑functional projects, with strong business orientation.
Fluent English, with the ability to operate daily in an international context.
