Requirements
10+ years' experience in insurance, with experience with MGAs and/or broking.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the MGA channel strategy (target markets, business lines, and partnerships).
Identify, negotiate, and secure agreements with key MGAs across EMEA.
Oversee technical and financial performance of the portfolio (GWP, loss ratios, profitability).
Ensure adherence to underwriting, pricing, and governance standards.
Implement performance tracking frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, regular reviews).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance).
Lead due diligence and onboarding of new MGA partners.




Design contractual frameworks and incentive schemes.
Manage operational, regulatory, and reputational risks within the channel.
Lead, develop, and scale the MGA team.
