About the Role

Full-time Senior Consultant within FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance &
Restructuring practice in Madrid.

We focus on our clients’ strategic, operational, financial and capital needs by




addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional tests faced by
corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other
stakeholders.

Candidates are required to have several years of relevant work experience in
Restructuring / Turnaround Corporate Finance team, preferably with leading
advisory firm, investment bank or major corporation.

What You’ll Do

The Corporate Restructuring Practice is capable of delivering the most complex
financial restructuring solutions to stakeholder groups. We provide analytical
services to debtors, creditors and other stakeholders of companies experiencing
unfavourable situations arising from liquidity problems, over-leverage,
under-performance, right-sizing or other business transition issues.
