We are looking for a Trainee to join our experienced team of travel experts. This is a rare opportunity to join a high performing team at entry level, and learn the trade first hand from some of the best in the business. We're seeking someone who is ambitious, motivated, positive & hard working. The adecuado candidate will need to be an excellent communicator, comfortable with outbound lead generation, and excited about building and developing your own portfolio from scratch.
Job Description




WORKING WITHIN THE TRAVEL DIVISION
- Working on a mixture of incoming and externally sourced leads, as well as referred private jet clients, to build a list of repeat travel customers.
- Demonstrating an expert understanding of the most suitable travel product for each customer, and making suitable recommendations.
- Managing travel bookings from enquiry to completion, and collaborating with other company departments to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
- Maintaining a “Customer First” attitude, and taking full ownership ofour customers in-destination experience, which may involve working outside of regular hours to ensure all customer trips run successfully.
- Building and maintaining relationships with repeat clients, and pro-actively managing your customer list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) to drive loyalty and repeat business.
