Senior Software Engineer – Financial Platform
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Financial Platform team, you’ll help build the systems that ensure Perk’s financial data is accurate, traceable, and audit‑ready. You’ll also translate and untangle complex business logic across our ERP integrations, ensuring every transaction moving through Perk is correctly represented across systems. Own the entire lifecycle of a feature: from understanding customer pain points with product teams, writing design documents, coding, deployment, to measuring impact.
Provide technical leadership—architect scalable, evolvable systems and data models; uphold engineering excellence, including CI/CD, testing, and coding standards.
3+ years of senior software engineering experience.
