As Trading Director, you will lead and shape a high‐performing Trading and Risk Management team in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational risk strategies, managing exposure, and ensuring the integrity of trading operations. Accountabilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Trading and Risk Management team to ensure operational excellence and consistent performance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor risk strategies to manage liabilities, safeguard exposure, and optimize trading outcomes.
- Oversee daily trading activities,



making real‐time decisions and adjustments based on market trends and betting activities.
- Design and deliver risk reports and dashboards to leadership, translating complex trading and market data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to implement risk initiatives and support business objectives.
- Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory frameworks.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sports betting, iGaming, or related trading and risk management roles.
- Proven experience leading operational teams in high‐pressure, fast‐moving environments.
- Deep understanding of sportsbook mechanics, bet types, liability management, and exposure control.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
