Title: Solution Architect
Location: Madrid, Spain
Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Owners and customers to identify development requirements and translate them into a prioritized development roadmap in collaboration with architects and development teams.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design scalable, reliable, and robust solutions.
- Contribute to customer‐specific solution designs and documentation as part of the pre‐sales and proposal process.
Requirements
- Must‐Have Skills & Experience
- Must have 7 to 12 Years relevant experience
- Proven experience leading development teams, ensuring stable service delivery for end customers, and supporting customer‐specific solution designs.
- Hands‐on experience with integration platform development, preferably Boomi Enterprise.
- Solid knowledge of integration patterns (ETL, real‐time, event‐driven),
integration security, quality assurance, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, including cloud‐based integration capabilities.
- Good understanding of Telecommunications, eCommerce, and CRM/ERP solutions.
- Ability and willingness to lead Agile development teams, define integration service vision and roadmap with architects, and engage with customers during both pre‐sales and post‐sales phases.
- Nice‐to‐Have
- Prior experience in the Telecom (Telco) domain.
- Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
