Together, We Shape the Future Job Description We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HVAC-R leader who combines deep technical expertise with a strong ability to influence customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing cooling solutions, leading international teams, and driving specification-led business growth within the HVAC-R industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the integral HVAC-R Solution Development team, driving technical excellence and market impact.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key HVAC-R consultants, specifiers, and industry influencers worldwide.
- Act as the primary interface between consultants, Front-End Sales, Solution Engineering, and Product Development.
- Drive the development of innovative cooling solution concepts and influence project specifications early in the design phase.
- Support quote/no-quote decisions and ensure technical qualification of RFQs prior to handover to Solution Engineering.
