The Role As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Simply.TV, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner for our key clients.



Your mission is to ensure customers gain maximum value from our data and technology solutions — helping them integrate, optimize, and grow with Simply.TV. This role combines technical expertise, problem‐solving, and customer empathy. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure our clients' success — from onboarding and implementation to proactive support and long‐term relationship management.
Responsibilities You are successful when:
- You build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with key clients, deeply understanding their technical environment and business goals
- You provide proactive guidance, roadmaps, and best practices to help customers optimize their use of Simply.TV's metadata solutions
- You collaborate cross‐functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to resolve complex technical issues and deliver impactful solutions
- You monitor account health, identify potential risks, and act as the customer advocate during escalations
