Job Description Summary The Study Director Team Lead is accountable for functional contribution to support the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio (set of program(s)/platform) of clinical trials within a Development Unit (DU).
The Team Lead provides people leadership to Study Leaders (Study Leaders, Senior Study Leaders, and Study Directors) within the assigned program teams and across Novartis Development hubs spread globally. People management includes capability building (people development and coaching), and performance management, and contributing to DU-wide people priorities set by the DU SL Head.
