The primary purpose of the role is to lead the strategy, operations and profitability of the business across Iberia, ensuring the achievement of financial, commercial and operational objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organisational transformation, strengthening the company's market position and delivering a differentiated customer experience, whilst ensuring alignment between local execution, corporate priorities and the specific needs of the Iberian markets. Fluent Spanish, English and French are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Assume full P&L; responsibility for the Iberian business, defining and executing the growth strategy whilst ensuring profitability, value creation and return on investment.
- Lead the strategic planning process, identifying opportunities for sustainable growth, operational improvement and market development.
