Organizational Coach (Fintech) – Barcelona
Full‐time, on‐site position at Merlin Digital Partner, supporting a rapidly expanding fintech firm focused on versátil working capital and invoice advance solutions.
Mission As an Organizational Coach you will be a key driver of the company's organisational transformation journey, using a systemic mindset, strong influencing skills, and empathy to scale processes, culture, and team autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Actively contribute to the company's organisational design and structure.
- Define and execute the organisational improvement strategy aligned with the business, technology and departmental objectives.
- Provide methodological support for strategic and tactical planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business functions (Sales, Risk, Finance, etc.) and product & technology.
- Embed Lean‐Agile principles across the organisation and coach teams on their practical application.
- Define and provide area‐specific metrics to Heads and teams,



enabling effective iteration planning and roadmap prioritisation based on team capacity.
- Partner with the Talent & Culture team and the Leadership Team to evolve the company culture, increase team autonomy and foster cross‐functional collaboration.
- Facilitate team workshops and sessions when needed, including ideation, solution design, planning, retrospectives, conflict resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote transparent communication and ensure information is accessible across the organisation.
- Define, track and measure the impact of organisational improvement initiatives through relevant KPIs.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as an organisational consultant.
- Proven experience partnering with C‐level executives and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust an
