To support the future growth of Bicentury, we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager while taking ownership and autonomy in managing the brand strategy.
This role is adecuado for a professional with 8+ years of experience who wants to grow within the Marketing team, contributing both strategically and hands-on to new opportunities for the brand.

Role Mission Lead the strategic development and growth of the Bicentury brand, driving business performance across key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out,



profitability, and brand equity), while shaping the innovation pipeline and communication strategy.
This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Business Performance
- Define and lead the mid- to long-term brand strategy
- Drive overall business performance across key metrics: sell-in, sell-out, market share, profitability, and brand funnel
- Translate data and insights (consumer, shopper, market) into actionable growth plans
- Build and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Own and drive the innovation pipeline (new product development, renovations, and extensions)
- Work closely with R&D; and factory teams, ensuring alignment between consumer needs, brand positioning, and technical feasibility
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new launches
