You will partner with teams across Dow Jones to understand their needs, identify high‑impact AI use cases and rapidly translate these into working solutions – from simple automations to multi‑agent workflows.

Our Technology team drives the evolution of Engineering, Data, Product and User Experience functions. With a keen focus on delivering cutting‑edge solutions, we collaborate closely with newsrooms, partners and integral stakeholders to innovate across mobile, video, social, visual and data platforms.
About the Role
We are establishing an AI Enablement capability to accelerate adoption of AI across Dow Jones. This role is critical to unlocking AI value organization‑wide: you will coach teams to develop their own solutions, embed best practices and foster a culture of experimentation, learning and reuse. You will report to the VP, Strategy Operations within Technology Operations.
You Will
- Identify AI Opportunities: Partner with teams to understand business challenges and uncover high‑value opportunities for AI‑driven productivity and automation.
- Design & Deliver AI Solutions: Rapidly prototype, develop and deploy AI‑powered solutions, including agents and multi‑agent workflows, aligned with enterprise governance and security.
- Enable Self‑Service Adoption: Coach and support employees to build and scale their own AI solutions wherever possible, reducing dependency on central teams.
- Drive AI Capability Building: Develop and deliver training, playbooks and practical guidance to increase AI literacy and accelerate adoption across the organization.
- Scale Best Practices & Community: Capture successful use cases, promote reusable patterns and foster a community of practice that encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration.
