The Operations Coordinator supports the efficient day-to-day running of the Spain affiliate by coordinating office administration and the operational execution of commercial and medical activities. Acting as a central point of contact for internal teams, external vendors and service providers, this role ensures that processes, events, approvals, documentation and resources are managed accurately, on time and in line with Novocure policies and compliance requirements. Through hands-on coordination, proactive problem-solving and strong process ownership, the Operations Coordinator enables the organization to remain focused on patients and key business priorities.
What You’ll Do
The role covers two complementary areas of responsibility: office administration and commercial and medical operations. The balance between these areas may evolve depending on business priorities,



operational needs and activity levels.
Office administration
- Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day affiliate operational matters, coordinating with internal functions and external service providers, including IT, building reception and office vendors.
- Coordinate the local onboarding of new employees and their operational set-up, including IT equipment, mobile devices, SIM cards and company car provision or replacement in collaboration with the relevant teams.
- Manage the affiliate’s official communication channels, including the general telephone line and email inboxes, ensuring that inquiries are handled professionally and directed to the appropriate owner.
