We are currently seeking a driven, goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our expansion across the Polish market.
Role Summary & Core Responsibilities In this position, you will act as a main driver of business growth by identifying high-potential prospects and building our pipeline in Polish-speaking markets through proactive, high-volume outbound prospecting.
Outbound Sales Execution: Conduct 60 to 70 cold calls daily to key decision-makers at targeted e-commerce businesses.
Lead Qualification: Efficiently qualify leads and arrange confirmed discovery meetings for our Account Executives.
Multi-Channel Engagement:



Execute structured outreach campaigns using cold calling, customized email sequences, and active LinkedIn networking.
Demonstrable track record in high-volume cold calling and B2B telephone sales.
Core Sales Skills: Exceptional resilience, strong active listening, effective objection handling, and compelling phone presence.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using modern sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales engagement systems).
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, digital marketing software, e-commerce ecosystems, or site search tools.
Work Background: Previous experience in fast-paced outbound sales roles or high-growth tech environments.
Fluent Polish: Vital for engaging prospects and building trust within the Polish market.
