Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, architecture or commercial
Experience with permission processes and also in project management for Technical Building Equipment (clean & dry rooms, M+E installation and / or fire protection systems)
Business fluent in English and business fluent in Spanish
2-7 years of professional experience ideally in clean & dry rooms construction and M+E installation and commissioning or in fire protection systems installation and commissioning
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project




Professional experience with monument preservation and project coordination
Participation in interesting, challenging and future-shaping projects nationally and internationally
