We're looking for an AI-native Video Editor with Motion/Animation experience to help us create demo videos, user trainings, tutorials, ads, podcasts, and long form marketing videos (VSL's (Video Sales Letters)).
This will be part-time to start, but we expect to consistently need a video editor, at least over time. Although it will probably ebb and flow between busy times and slower periods to start. We would love to get busy enough that Vidalytics can be your ONLY client with full time work.
We're looking for someone that can create high-quality and engaging video content for our online presence, including YouTube, social media, and, of course, our own marketing campaigns across our own sites. You must ensure content is aligned with our brand's tone and style.
We're embracing AI across our company, and we expect the same from you. That means using tools like Figma Weave and AI video generation platforms to speed up your workflow and execute faster — so we can pump out campaigns, creative variations, and content at a pace traditional editing workflows can't match.



AI isn't a nice-to-have here. It's how we work.
You'll also use AI video tools to transform long-form videos into shorter, eye-catching 60-90 second vertical videos suitable for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and more.
We're direct response marketers, and this means we focus on the message and optimize for conversions. We would run a hideously ugly ad if it outperformed better looking ones, so bear in mind that with us, sometimes the most aesthetically appealing option will lose, if it means it performs better.
- 3+ years experience in Adobe Premiere (strongly preferred) or Final Cut
- 2+ years experience in Motion or After Effects (preferred)
- AI-native workflow — you actively use AI tools (Figma Weave, AI video generation, AI-assisted editing) to work faster and produce more
- Experience with AI video generation tools to create and enhance video content
- Ability to rapidly produce
