Own the cross-Engineering AI adoption strategy - setting outcome targets, building alignment across domains, and driving accountability for results




Lead the delivery of an AI toolset, including standardized, pre-configured, and integrated into daily workflows, and run structured, data-driven trials to evaluate new tools with clear go/no-go criteria
Work with engineering leaders across domains to move AI from optional to expected - PRs without AI assistance should be the exception, not the norm
Ensure the platform is reliable and safe to scale by removing adoption blockers, setting code quality guardrails with Staff Engineers, and owning compliance and security
Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives simultaneously, balancing pace and quality, and escalating risks and trade-offs clearly to leadership
Significant senior-level experience in technical program or project management, with a track record of owning complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end.
