The Role The Head of Aftersales owns our global aftersales strategy and organization from Barcelona, leading a team of 20+ people across Barcelona, North America, and Australia. What You'll Do Global Aftersales Strategy & Organizational Leadership
Own the global aftersales strategy end-to-end, turning company growth targets into a scalable operating model across Barcelona, North America, and Australia.
Set the budget, KPI framework, and operating cadence for the function,



and own performance against it at the executive level.
Service Operations & Dealer Network
Define the tools, systems, and playbooks, including our Zendesk platform, that regional teams use to run case handling, dealer support, and the post-sale customer journey.
Set one global standard of service, so the experience is consistent whether a customer is in Europe, North America, Australia or Rest of the world.
Warranty & Technical Quality
Own the general warranty program end-to-end, from policy design to claims execution, ensuring it scales cleanly as new models launch.
Monitor warranty spend and failure trends, and work with Engineering to close quality issues at the root cause rather than the symptom.
Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience to remove friction across the full ownership journey.
