and own the narrative for why a number moved or didn't
Tutor behaviour change and adoption, getting tutors to adopt the tools and teaching practices that will improve their performance and their learners' outcomes
Engagement outcomes of major launches, programmes, and campaigns (for example, tool adoption rates, performance, event registrations)
You operate with independent judgement, bringing senior stakeholders a recommendation and the tradeoffs, not options to choose from or work to approve
You have comfort using data to size opportunities, set targets, and explain results
Familiarity with marketplace or complex multi product environments: segments with competing needs, quality and liquidity
Understanding of brand voice and tone in a global, multicultural organisation
