To support the future growth of Bicentury, we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager while taking ownership and autonomy in managing the brand strategy.

Role Mission Lead the strategic development and growth of the Bicentury brand, driving business performance across key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out,



profitability, and brand equity), while shaping the innovation pipeline and communication strategy.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Business Performance
Define and lead the mid- to long-term brand strategy
Drive overall business performance across key metrics: sell-in, sell-out, market share, profitability, and brand funnel
Translate data and insights (consumer, shopper, market) into actionable growth plans
Build and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Work closely with R&D; and factory teams, ensuring alignment between consumer needs, brand positioning, and technical feasibility
Brand Communication & Activation
Define brand positioning and lead the 360o communication strategy (ATL, digital, in-store)
Manage and brief external partners (creative, strategic, media, and digital agencies) to ensure best-in-class execution
