This role is 100% based in the company offices in Gibraltar (Southern Europe) and is NOT a remote role so you must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area already. Collaborate with the customers to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
Accurate and consistent tracking of project progress and reporting back to stakeholders
Proven experience as a lead software developer or a software architect
Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java etc.)
Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
Understanding of software quality assurance principles
High quality organizational and leadership skills
