The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing Sesame’s global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition . The CMO will lead a diverse marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and ensure alignment with business goals while driving measurable growth.
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS company (preferably HR tech or B2B).
~ Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, demand generation, and customer acquisition.




~ Experience leading brand positioning initiatives and establishing thought leadership in a competitive market.
~ Demonstrated success in managing and scaling marketing teams in a high-growth environment.
~ Data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on analytics and performance metrics.
~ Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
~ Fluent in English; additional language proficiency, particularly in Spanish or Portuguese, is a plus.
