We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Operations Manager to join our Risk Management Consulting (RMC) team in Barcelona, Spain. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, business performance, and sustainable growth across our Spain operations. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will play an important role in implementing strategy, improving operational efficiency, strengthening client relationships, and enabling collaboration across technical, commercial, and support functions.
As an important operational leader within Vysus Group, you will lead and develop teams, oversee the effective day-to-day running of the Barcelona office, and help create an environment where people can perform at their best.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of operational and strategic business plans aligned to regional and organisational objectives.
- Drive financial and operational performance, ensuring business targets are achieved and opportunities for improvement are identified.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to support service delivery and business growth.
- Work collaboratively with HR, Marketing, Sales, Technical and Support functions to support recruitment, resource planning, and business development activities.
- Ensure operational systems, processes, and procedures are effective, efficient, and fit for purpose.
