Issue and review Global Quality Policies and ensure its implementation in all the sites within the Biopharma Business Unit.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Foster harmonization of Quality Systems across Biopharma sites.
Coordinate the implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems.
Coordinate global Quality projects and initiatives.




Coordinate global Quality working groups comprised of different key users of the sites of Biopharma.
Perform oversight of Quality Systems and escalates risks detected to Senior Management.
Provide continuous support to the Quality areas of Biopharma.
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
~5‑10 years of experience managing quality systems is required.
~ Experience in project management.
~ Good understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to Biological products.
~ Hybrid Model
Monday‑Thursday 7‑10 to 16‑19h and Friday 8‑15h (with the same flexible start time).
Contract of Employment: Permanent position.
