In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the support needed regarding our products and services.

Responsibilities

- Assist Hebrew-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services
- Deliver exceptional and personalized support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, employing a professional and empathetic approach
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance
- Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve more complex customer issues as needed




- Stay informed about product developments and company policies to provide up-to-date support

Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or international environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a calm xqbhyrx and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- A willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new culture with paid relocation support
