In this role, you will shape the strategic vision and operating model for Patient Services across multiple therapeutic areas, delivering a harmonized, high-quality patient experience from diagnosis to long-term management. You will partner with global and country teams to drive innovative, compliant service designs and lifecycle support at scale. The position emphasizes governance, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve patient outcomes. This is a strategic, influential role with impact across regions and product portfolios.

• Define strategic direction and scalable operating model for Patient Services across multiple therapeutic areas
• Oversee end-to-end patient service design and execution aligned with patient needs and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with general functions (Marketing, Patient Advocacy, Medical, Access, operations) to integrate strategies
• Work with country PSP Leads, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams for compliant implementation of international strategies
• Drive launch readiness and lifecycle support through best-in-class patient service models




• Identify insights and opportunities to enhance patient experience and optimize operations
• Ensure governance, compliance, and integrity of patient-facing activities
• Establish KPIs across therapies and countries to measure effectiveness and impact
• Maintain dashboards and follow-up to ensure accountability for country performance
• Lead harmonization of Patient Service Programs across EUCAN, International u0026 Japan
• Lead continuous review cycles to monitor program health, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
Responsabilidades
• 12-15 years of experience in biopharma, xqbhyrx patient services, PSPs, or related strategic roles
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, healthcare, or life-sciences field
• Advanced degree strongly preferred
• Ability to operate strategically while guiding cross-functional and multi-regional execution
• Strong experience collaborating with global functions and country teams
• Proven capability to coach, mentor, and develop junior team members
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
