Sales Manager will:




Be responsible for reaching business objectives on his/her perimeter in terms of OI/GMOI/portfolio/region
Develop and maintain intimacy with key stakeholders
Have customer perspective: Understanding their motivations, pains and gains, ensuring that the best solution for the customer is proposed in every occasion
Lead capture team when opportunities materialize in solicitations
Feed the CRM system with the information that allows proper resource planning at company level (proposal foreseen dates, OI forecast)
Prepare the necessary bid material for gates
Have a mindset for continuous improvement and agility, propose new ideas to simplify or reduce the duration of usual tasks
Have a flexible approach in order to perform bid managers role when needed
Training and Education:
Engineering with background space industry
Experience:
Experience in space sector
Experience in dealing with customers
Experience in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Experience in CRM would be appreciated
