Role Mission The primary purpose of the Insight Consulting Manager role is to lead client projects and deliverables from end to end, ensuring excellence throughout the entire process—from the initial planning stage to the final client presentation.
The role acts as the link between client needs and final delivery, ensuring those needs are translated into relevant analytical approaches, actionable content,



and recommendations aligned with business challenges.
Additionally, the role serves as a key reference point in content development, stakeholder management (both internal and external), and the development of more junior analytical talent.
Lead insight projects and client deliverables from end to end, defining work plans, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
Organize and coordinate project kick-offs, understanding client briefs, clarifying business objectives, and aligning expectations with all involved teams.
Align and mobilize cross-functional teams across the business—including Client Service, Expert Solutions, Operations, Quality, Data, Technology, and other departments)— to ensure smooth and consistent project execution.
Develop high-value analytical and consultative content, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights connected to client business challenges.
