We are seeking a skilled and business-minded Global Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team in Barcelona. This is a business-facing role, not a pure IT development position, that combines strong technical Power BI expertise with commercial acumen and the ability to act as a true BI business partner. The Power BI Developer designs, builds, and maintains datasets, data models, and dashboards while working directly with functions across the business to understand their needs, challenge their requirements, and propose better ways to analyze data and measure performance. and the ability to translate business questions into clear, decision-oriented analytics. This position partners with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Operations,



and other functions, turning data into actionable insight.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic data models, reports, and dashboards using DAX and Power Query (M)
Develop, optimize, and document robust data models, ensuring performance, scalability, and a reliable single source of truth
Partner with business functions to gather, challenge, and refine reporting requirements, proposing better KPIs and smarter ways to analyze the data
Act as a BI business partner, running working sessions with stakeholders across functions to understand their priorities and translate them into analytical solutions

Define, standardize, and monitor core business KPIs (sales, margin, corporate finance, and beyond), ensuring consistency and a shared definition across reporting
