Lead, coordinate, and assist customer integrations from initial analysis and solution design through implementation and go-live, ensuring fast time-to-live and adherence to best practices.
Work closely with the technical teams of fintechs, software vendors, banks, insurers, and other financial institutions to define the best way to connect to our APIs.




Prepare and lead regular technical and operational reviews with key customers - from hands-on working sessions with growth accounts to Quarterly Monitoring Reviews (health scores, SLA performance, roadmap alignment) with Tier-1 institutional clients.
Work hand in hand with Revenue teams (Key Account Managers) so they can focus on renewal and growth while you secure the technical stability and scalability of each account - aligning on commercial context ahead of client meetings and protecting against silent churn.
Use and enhance monitoring and reporting tools (e.g. Grafana, Metabase, or similar) to build actionable customer health dashboards.
Collaborate internally to evolve ticketing processes (Jira or similar) from a purely reactive model to a proactive one, where incidents are prevented and prioritized based on customer impact.
