Commercial Administrative Assistant
To strengthen our Commercial Department, we are looking for a Commercial Administrative Assistant with a high level of English to join our head office in Mazarrón, Murcia .
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the commercial team and assist with the management and follow-up of customers, orders and documentation, using English regularly in their daily work.
Preparing commercial proposals, quotations and sales documentation.
Keeping customer details, price lists and commercial terms up to date.
Coordinating with the Purchasing, Logistics, Administration and Dispatch Departments.
Communicating with customers by telephone and email in English.
Preparing reports and carrying out general administrative tasks within the Commercial Department.
Filing and monitoring commercial documentation.
A high level of spoken and written English , with the practical ability to hold conversations, write emails and manage commercial documentation. English proficiency will be assessed during the selection process.




A vocational qualification in Administration and Finance, International Trade or a related field.
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
Availability to work full-time and on-site in Mazarrón.
Previous experience in an administrative or commercial support role.
Experience using ERP systems.
A full-time contract.
