About The Role As Head of Strategic Accounts at Iron, you will own and lead the post-sale commercial relationship with our most important enterprise customers. This is a leadership role: you will set the strategy for how Iron retains, deepens,



and grows its strategic book, build and lead the team that delivers it, and act as the senior executive partner to the founders, C‑suite, and product leaders building on Iron’s financial infrastructure.
You will be accountable for net revenue retention and expansion across the strategic portfolio, and for translating direct customer engagement into influence over Iron’s product, commercial, and platform direction. You will operate as the senior voice of the customer inside the business and a senior representative of Iron to the market.
Reporting into commercial leadership, you will sit at the intersection of customer strategy and company strategy – shaping not just how individual accounts grow, but how Iron builds the account management function as it scales.
